Creating multimedia for socials that aligns with the Syracuse brand

My roles:  Social Media, Design, Video Editing

The Outcome: Each week, I met with the communications director to review and plan content priorities. Together, we decided what we wanted to post and collaborated as needed with photographers, PR staff, or social media and content teams. Some work included creating player intro GIFs in Photoshop, making and printing game credentials for event operations, drafting press releases to highlight games and team news, and learning how to use Premiere to create Instagram reels too. The goal was to keep a consistent creative direction and help strengthen the branding across digital channels.

Designed game graphics in Photoshop pulling from the Adobe brand library, collaborating closely with the communications director to ensure brand consistency and quality for these.

Game Day Graphics

Compiled video clips from the videographers then storyboarded and created short highlight reels for the soccer team post game. The goal was to show key moments from games.

Gifs for every player

Video editing & creative direction in collaboration with our videographer to capture a rowing practice for socials. The goal was quick shots of all boats and moments from before and after to bring the full team’s effort to life on screen.

Inside a Practice

Collaborated with rowers to give an authentic scoop into winter training. The team was trying to bring in more recruits so I thought a series like this would give them a with a closer look at the coaches, team culture, and athlete experiences through their own voices.
