The Challenge: How might we redesign an existing site to make it more mobile-friendly, create a dedicated space for physicians to refer patients, and improve email newsletters and calendar functionality for users of the wellness program?
The Outcome: The redesigned site integrates modern and traditional design elements, appealing to three key personas: family members and friends of people living with Parkinson's disease, physicians, and donors/volunteers. The landing page highlights all activities and events beyond boxing, addressing client concerns about misconceptions. The personas shaped the design process, helping us understand the primary audience. The new design visually distinguishes Empower Parkinsons from similar programs while emphasizing its unique status as the only comprehensive Parkinson-specific wellness program in Central New York.
