The Challenge: How might I shorten the signup process, demonstrate value to users during onboarding, and ensure users feel secure sharing their information with a newer startup?

The Outcome: Proposed a designed character to complement the existing wordmark, adding personality and warmth to the brand. Focused on clear communication of app value, added navigation options for error correction, and introduced friendlier copy based on user research. Also implemented a verification process to address user concerns about data security and added a "forgot passcode" feature. The redesigned flows offer a streamlined signup experience with clear steps and friendly copy that immediately communicates app value.
